First Visit!

I was finally able to get into my classroom tonight to drop off some of my treasures!  Here are a few pictures of what I walked into:

My colleagues think I'm crazy because I completely strip my room each June!  I like to come back to my classroom in July and August to a clean slate...I'm always changing my mind on bulletin boards and design and I actually think it's easier to come into a blank canvas and turn it into what I want for my new batch of firsties!  :)  So although I'm starting to turn the corner on the lazy days of summer, I'm also a bit overwhelmed at the work that is ahead of me...but it's a good feeling too!  A fresh start for a new batch of kiddos!
